Who We Are
Care2Care was founded by a group of healthcare professional who realized a need in the community for reliable, personalized in-home caregiving services which is now run by Racheal O'Connor since 2009. We have proudly served seniors and their families throughout the Bay Area with high quality, reliable, and compassionate home care. Our individualized care plans help seniors maintain the highest level of independent living possible.
Our dedicated staff of highly competent and professional caregivers are committed to promoting independence and family involvement while addressing the unique needs of each client. Each of our caregivers is carefully selected, screened, and trained to provide compassionate assistance that will fulfill your loved one’s emotional and social needs with dignity and respect.
